Creative Alliance MovieMakers (CAmm) is proud to announce long-time CAmm member and filmmaker Bryan ‘Grasshopper’ Robinson as our 2009 CAmm Fellow!
Robinson’s 2009 project (now in pre-production), Better Recognize Theater is an action serial about two cousins whose failure to return a video places them at odds with an under-ground kung fu theater cult. Classic!
In support of our strong and growing film scene in Baltimore, each year, CAmm awards a single Fellowship granting use of the CAmm Cage gear and facilities plus a premiere screening to one filmmaker or time-based artist.
One of Baltimore’s up-and-coming auteurs, Robinson writes, directs, and edits, and swept the CAmm Slamm in 2008, winning with TWO videos created in 48 hours (TWO videos!). His two entries screen with a collection of shorts at CA March 13 (info below).
