Mac Tour: Intro To Mac & CAmm Media Lab

New to Mac, no sweat! Take a spin on the iMacs in the CAmm Media lab with Apple business and employee trainer Nick Prevas. Learn basic Mac functions and get an intro to all the creative tools available in the CAmm Media Lab. Effective file management, using external drives, burning CDs/DVDs, shortcuts and keystrokes, iLife and Pro software tour.

Absolute Independent Pictures’ Michelle Farrell, walks through the lighting process: basic lighting, interesting locations,, blocking for lights, color, color correction & mood. Get your hands on a wide range of lights. Michelle was DP on 12 features (recently Law & Disorder. JuJu, Charm City. Good People & Safehouse).

Photoshop Simplified

Learn basic image manipulation, color correction and Photoshop tools. Printing, scanning and saving images for email. Work with photos and create digital images from scratch! How to manage your files, image formats, basic terminology and concepts in graphic design. Instr. Jenny Graf Sheppard is a sound and visual artist w/ 8 years teaching experience.
